Where is Hamilton's RV Outlet located?
We're at 1580 Tittabawassee Rd, Saginaw, MI 48604, conveniently serving Bay City, Midland, Flint and all of central Michigan.
What are your sales hours?
Monday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (we stay open late), Tuesday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday. Call sales at (989) 272-9323.

Buying an RV
What types of RVs do you sell?
We sell new and used RVs, towable trailers and motorized RVs of all sizes: travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class B and Class C motorhomes, toy haulers, fifth wheel toy haulers, destination trailers and pop-up campers.
Do you offer RV financing?
Yes. We work with multiple lenders to find the best rates for your credit profile, with a variety of loan terms to match your monthly budget. The credit application only takes a few minutes, and your personal and financial information is always handled securely and privately.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, regardless of where you purchased your RV. Send us its year, make, model, mileage and condition through our trade-in form, and our team will provide a competitive offer within one business day. We handle all the paperwork, and you can put your trade value toward any new or used RV on our lot.

Our lineup includes Jayco, Coachmen, Forest River, CrossRoads, Ember and Starcraft, and more.
Service & Parts
What kinds of RVs does your service department work on?
Our experienced, certified RV technicians work on most makes and models of RVs. From simple accessory add-ons to hitch work to major collision repairs, no job is too difficult.
Do you handle warranty work?
Yes. As a factory-authorized service center, we handle warranty claims from start to finish for all major RV manufacturers. Our in-house warranty department processes claims for warranty/component work and aftermarket service contracts.
What are your service and parts hours?

Do you sell RV parts and accessories?
Yes. We keep thousands of RV parts and accessories in stock at our service center, for travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, folding campers and park trailers. If we don't have it, we can special order nearly any RV part.
RV Delivery
Do you deliver RVs?
Yes. We offer 24/7 nationwide delivery of all of our new and used RVs, all over North America including all 50 states and Canada. You receive a phone call when your driver leaves the dealership and can track your delivery with live GPS from our store to your door.
Why does it make sense to have you deliver an RV to me anywhere in the U.S. including Hawaii?
When we can offer you the convenience of delivery to your home, save you money on your RV over other options, some might think it silly not to take advantage of our delivery services.
Isn't it tough buying an RV from the U.S. if I live in Canada?
It gets easier and easier every day and while there is a very limited amount of paperwork the cost savings can be so huge even when delivered to your door and the convenient availability of third parties we work with to facilitate such transactions.
