Let me say this !! Thank you Theo!! Theo was very attentive to my wants and needs of what I wanted in a trailer. Best ever experience dealing with him on purchasing my trailer that I highly recommend if you’re looking for a trailer he’s your guy!! I have been looking for quite some time all over the place and he delivered so Theo and Hamilton RV have gained a loyal customer from this day forward so I walked out the door one happy camper!! Hamilton’s RV in Saginaw is top notch. We were traveling through Michigan and started having problems with our kitchen slide on our Pinnacle. I tried for a week trying to figure it out. No luck and thought I’d have to fight this till I returned to Texas. I saw a sign by the interstate for Hamilton’s and thought what the heck, I’ll stop. Went in and talked to Patty and Debbie (very sweet ladies btw) and told them my problem. The shop was busy and the guys in the shop knows RV’s. Diagnosed the problem fast had the parts at another store I needed. Went and got them and had me back on the road in no time. Big thank you to the service dept. in Saginaw.

Great experience buying our Jayco. After going through the wringer with several other stores (including Admiral RV or whatever it’s called) we called Hamilton. Told them what we wanted. Told them our price range. And they had it happen. Was fast and painless. No hidden fees. No sudden price changes (looking at you, Admiral), no hassle, no BS. We love the camper.

Hamiltons RV is a great place to find any RV needs. I absolutely loved working with Theo in finance, He was very knowledgeable and profressional. Theo greeted us and made us feel so comfortable and welcome! I’d highly recommend to my friends and family to go there and work your needs with Theo. Prior management made us stop coming there for years but I was highly impressed with our experience working with Theo. Thanks so much Theo we will now return to using Hamiltons RV.

Have been shopping around awhile for an RV. Have not had many great experiences until I went to Hamilton RV in Saginaw. A gentleman named Theo waited on us and he made us feel important. He was very known and took his time and more importantly let us take our time. At the other dealers we Always felt like we were being rushed and they were not able to answer half my questions. We purchased a Jayce 2024 camper, absolutely love it. No high pressure sales. We took our time looking and found the perfect camper. Theo was awsome in financing our camper. We purchased the 2022 Jayco Pinnacle and pick it up on Friday, July 12th. Besides the fact that this camper is Beautiful!! The staff from the service department the the general manager and EVERYONE in between are Outstanding! They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! We were made to feel like family! We are already recommending them to Everyone!!

Great service! Very helpful service department they fixed our Jayco Eagle and got us back on the road quickly! Wish the Jayco dealer we bought our camper from had as good of a customer service as Hamilton Saginaw MI does. They even ran an updated to our command center for the area for us, no extra charge just very helpful!!

I got a Zinger 2023 and the service there is amazing, I worked with Adam to pick out my perfect camper and worked out all the details, I also worked with Theo that helped me get the perfect price and help with the bank so I could get approved, lastly Glenn showed me everything in the camper from the Winterizer to the Awing. These guys are amazing at their jobs and I would recommend them to everyone I know. They take the job seriously and very understanding, five stars!

We had our camper winterized and an estimate for a repair. Debbie was extremely accommodating, kind and provided excellent customer service. The Servicemen were professional and very helpful. Thank you
