What Is a Polar Plunge?

Special Olympics holds polar plunges in several locations around the U.S., which raise hundreds of thousands of dollars every year! There are other plunges that raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, local charities, or just serve as a large gathering for people who like to jump into cold water! There are hundreds of polar plunges held throughout the U.S., including at least 25 different events right here in Michigan! Use it as a great opportunity to travel with your RV to some rad popular destinations! You'll get a sweet vacation out if it, and better yet, you can help give amazing opportunities to others! Here are some of the coolest locations around the U.S. to take the polar bear plunge!
